Use our recruitment experience as managers in the credit industry to help you recruit for any type of credit role.  We offer complete assistance for recruitment campaigns whether one specific role or a team and undertake tasks such as preparing job descriptions and/or advertisements, handle applications as they are received, review and filter CV’s , and track progress with management information throughout the campaign. 

Use us to liaise with candidates, agencies and/or press, organise meeting room facilities, and conduct first interviews on your behalf.  We can also conduct telephone interviews and recruitment events to meet your individual needs.  

This means that your involvement can be as little as turning up for final interviews and making decisions based on the candidates portfolio built up throughout the campaign.

For those people who are either too busy to find their ideal job or for those people whose job hunting is a delicate or sensitive matter, we can act as your career agent.  We only take on around three people at any one time for this service and once we know your specific skills, talents and career aspirations we will match you to jobs being recruited for but will act as your intermediary to keep your identity anonymous until a mutually agreed time.  There is only a small minimum fee to pay up-front as we are so confident in our service that we are happy to wait until you get your next job before you settle up with us out of your normally increased salary.
